What are the payment options?
Our online store supports most payment methods through PayFast including: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Instant EFT's, Mobicred and Masterpass.
What do you mean by package 'Separately as Gift'?
We believe that there isn't much that can compete with the experience of opening a pretty package you've been waiting for.. it's like Christmas morning, but on any day of the year! This is why we go to so much effort to send you the prettiest packaging we can find. We also offer the option of packaging any of the items you may be purchasing as a gift in it's own box.. at no extra charge! So just select this option before adding the item to your cart and leave a little personalised message for us to write on the thank you card, making your gift just that extra bit more special!
Do you offer gift cards?
We are ever evolving and growing and as such we plan to add gift cards to our site very soon!
If you have a particular urgent request in the meantime, please just give us a shout and we will make a plan!
What is your return policy?
As a small business, we unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, if a product is structurally damaged when you receive it, please do contact us right away by emailing pictures to email@example.com. This will need to be done within 14 days and please include proof of purchase in your email. We endeavor to provide high quality products and excellent service to all of our amazing customers and hope that you will love all of your purchases enough to never even think of giving them back!
What is your shipping policy?
We work with a well-known South African courier to get your purchases to you as soon as possible!
Our normal lead-time is 3 - 5 working days but since we make all of our products by hand, shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order for any reason, we will be sure contact you via email or telephone.
